Yes. Include solar panel cleaning in your quote so we can plan the cleanout, mesh installation and wash together.
Why do pigeons nest under flat-roof panels?
Racking leaves a shaded, sheltered space under the panels that stays cooler than the open roof and out of the wind. Closing the gap removes the shelter, so the birds move on.
